Preseason XC conditioning starts August 12

We hope everyone is having a good summer. Hard to believe, but Cross Country will be here before you know it. First official cross country practice will be September 10, however, everyone is encouraged to join us on Sundays starting August 12th at Waterfront Park for preseason workouts. It will make the start of the season so much easier for you. Please note that for this season, all Sunday runs through October will be at 5:00pm, rather than the traditional 4:00pm.
